I wanted to share my experience with making the transition to electric vehicles over the past few years. In 2020, I made the switch from a Hyundai Ioniq to a Tesla Model 3, and then in December 2022, I upgraded to a Tesla Model Y.
Making the switch to the Model 3 was a no-brainer for me. As a tech lover and someone who is always looking for ways to reduce my carbon footprint, the Model 3 was the perfect fit. It was fast, sleek, and had a great range. I loved driving it and it made me feel good knowing that I was doing my part to reduce my impact on the environment.
However, as much as I loved the Model 3, I found myself needing a little more space as I started taking longer trips. That's when I decided to upgrade to the Model Y. The Model Y has been an absolute game changer for me. It has all the features I loved about the Model 3, but with even more space and a longer range. It's been perfect for transporting my family and all of our stuff on longer trips.
Overall, I am extremely happy with my decision to make the switch to electric vehicles. The Tesla Model 3 and Model Y have both been fantastic cars and have exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're considering making the switch to electric, I highly recommend it!I hope to share my experience and information surrounding my move to an all-electric vehicle from a hybrid Hyundai. I have had many questions from family and friends alike and also some comments that the UK isn’t prepared for the EV market.
the Model Y has a range of up to 326 miles on a single charge, which is more than enough for most people's daily driving needs. This is thanks to the large battery pack that powers the car.
The Model Y has three different battery size options to choose from: Standard Range, Long Range, and Performance. The Standard Range has a range of up to 303 miles, the Long Range has a range of up to 326 miles, and the Performance has a range of up to 303 miles. The Performance model also has a top speed of 150 mph and a 0-60 mph time of just 3.5 seconds, making it one of the quickest SUVs on the market.
In terms of battery size, the Standard Range has a 75 kWh battery pack, the Long Range has a 75 kWh battery pack, and the Performance has a 90 kWh battery pack. The larger battery pack in the Performance model helps to give it its impressive acceleration and top speed.
